Seaview Beach House was extensively renovated in 2008 to exacting standards. The home is well-appointed and infused with light. An open kitchen with eat-at bar is a chef's delight and well-equipped with all the tools to cook up a storm while watching the comings and goings of Departure Bay.

The living room/dining room area is open concept with large windows, soft neutral colours, comfortable seating for 8 in the living area and 8 at the dining table, a fireplace, flat panel TV, DVD player, stereo system and good light for reading. The house has secure wireless high-speed Internet access, a local land-line phone and multi-channel cable TV.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms. The master has a queen bed with private ensuite with soaker tub, a walk-in closet and a walk-out deck with an ocean view. This bedroom also has a desk, office chair, printer and wireless Internet access and can be your office away from the office.

The other large bedroom on this level has a queen bed, its own bathroom (not ensuite), a TV and ample closet space. The third bedroom is on the main floor and it has twin beds, with an office desk and chair and its own bathroom (which is not ensuite). This bathroom has been renovated to make it accessible for less mobile guests.

There is also a large laundry room on the main floor with a new front load washer and dryer and an ironing board and iron.
