High Season (June 15 - Sept 15)

Weekly	$1,600 + cleaning fee of $150.00
Daily (min 3 days)	$350 + cleaning fee of $80.00

Low Season (Sept 16 - June 14)

Monthly	$3,000 + cleaning fee of $300.00
Weekly	$800 + cleaning fee of $150.00
Daily (min 3 days)	$175 + cleaning fee of $80.00

Please Note

Rates include utilities including wireless internet, land-line telephone and cable TV. There is an additional fee for cleaning.
Housekeeping is available each week upon request, at an additional charge.
This is a NON-SMOKING residence and property.
Seaview Beach House is both kid-friendly and dog-friendly.
Dogs are allowed, but must be approved prior to your rental. There is an additional cleaning fee for dogs over and above our normal cleaning fees.

Seaview Beach House is

Dog-Friendly!

Seaview Beach House is a dog-friendly vacation rental home. We do request that you give us advance notice, as we do limit the number of dogs at any one time.

An additional cleaning charge of $50.00 per dog, per visit is applicable over and above our normal cleaning charges. We ask that dog owners be respectful of the house and the grounds and to clean up after their four-legged family members. We do stock doggie blankets, extra beach towels, and feeding bowls for water and food. We ask that owners respect that beds & furniture are no-dog zones, and that you bring extra blankets, towels and doggie bags to ensure your dog's maximum comfort.

Please note that Departure Bay Beach, per the City of Nanaimo bylaws, is a no-dog zone from 1 May to the end of October. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times in Nanaimo, except in designated off-leash parks. More information is available here.
